Kudu is a new concept restaurant, inspired by South African chef-owner, he adds a creative twist to the Modern Euro menu at this relaxed, earthy venue, located in queen’s road in Peckham.
The site was previously an American themed restaurant with the main kitchen on show. The new owners chose to only keep the cookline in its original location, however the prep and wash area and pass was completely redesigned

The brief:
Denton’s worked hand in hand with the Client and designer, retaining the pervious cookline location but with an all-new induction bespoke fabricated cookline and with the management and installation of a new canopy and associated extract system to suit.

Completion:
Installation of new fabrication, equipment and canopy, planning and all services for the associated area took only 6 weeks’ form first site meeting to hand over.
