Project Details

Dentons were asked to help design and install the new Scully Cooks restaurant ins St James’s London. This was Ramael Scully first solo restaurant after working under Yotam Ottolenghi for a number of years, We were involved in the design of the kitchen, wash up, prep and bar space along with procuring and installing all of the associated equipment. The brief was to produce an open plan kitchen with the use of a central island to create some theatre as well as a section of the kitchen pass where customers could sit and talk to the chef’s whilst the food is being prepared.
