We were delighted to complete our latest project for our good friends at Tonkotsu, this time in vibrant Bristol! 🍜 Having collaborated with the Tonkotsu team on many previous sites, this is yet another example of how we've worked together to perfect their kitchen concept. Our goal has been to create a kitchen design that not only meets their operational needs but is also versatile enough to be replicated across their future locations.
