Dentons were approached by Tonkotsu to supply and install the kitchen and bar in their new restaurant in Westfields Stratford. It’s the second restaurant we have been asked to work on with them following a successful install at Battersea. Working closely along side the owner, the design was based on a ‘galley’ kitchen to suit the open plan style of operation required. Incorporating an eating shelf and stools along one side of the kitchen, gives the customers a fantastic view of the food being prepared in front of them.

The bar itself was a challenge due to its size and shape but with some careful planning and good communication between ourselves and the shopfitting company, all was installed successfully.
