Project Details

Gourmet Burger Kitchen invited Dentons to design the kitchen and Bar area for the new Bolton restaurant situated in the vaults of the Marketplace Shopping Centre.

The design had to incorporate the arches of the vaults whilst still providing the level of equipment required and efficient working flows needed around a busy restaurant kitchen. This was achieved by working closely with the interior designs and to make a feature of one of the arches as the main food pass.

The bar area was also a major feature of the restaurant and once again, Dentons worked alongside GBK and the interior designers to produce a bar that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

An interesting and fun project to work on that met all expectations.
