Project Details

We've recently undertaken the design, supply and installation for Gourmet Burger Kitchen at their latest opening in Leicester's Highcross Shopping Centre. One of the largest within their estate. The restaurant is set over two floor with the kitchen and bar being on the first floor and a separate bar on the ground floor.

This project had a number of complexities with the operations being split over the two floors. The kitchen design was put together so that the food could be served via a pass from the kitchen and also transported via a dumb waiter to the floor whilst still keeping the quality/presentation to the level expected.

Another interesting and enjoyable project handed over on time and to GBK's satisfaction.
