Project Details

The new site for Honest Burger is situated within a world heritage site and a stone’s throw from the market.

The site was a previous restaurant with the shell of a kitchen situated in the basement. With staircase restrictions, space was at a premium.

The brief:

Dentons worked hand in hand with a dedicated project team and Honest Burger. Working alongside the main contractor we reused the existing cook line and wash area.

Due to the space issue and the location of the client toilets, we had to design a client facing pass. This was achieved by fusing the fabrication with featured paneling. The client also required a serving station within the seating areas on two upper floors.

Completion:

Installation from start to finish. Planning and all services for the associated area took only 8 weeks’ from first site meeting to hand over.
