Project Details

Minnows is a neighbourhood restaurant in Clapham, offering seasonal, modern dishes from lunch through to dinner, with weekend brunch and cocktails.

Liasing directly with the client and having discussed the theme for this restaurant, we were able to design a galley style kitchen layout to suit the small space available within the basement location which would provide the necessary equipment for a varied and exciting menu as well as dedicated potwash, refrigeration and dry store areas. The scheme also required the provision of a bar on the ground floor sufficient for drink service and cocktails.

Whilst working closely with the client and main contractor Dentons were once again able to deliver a successful project on budget and on time.
