A firmly established independent company Suzanne James Ltd is London's premier environmentally aware entertaining and events company.
With talent, drive, energy and determination Suzanne has developed a small business into a successful enterprise enjoying a meteoric rise to stardom.

When Dentons were invited by Suzanne to take an initial look at the premises it was clear that there was a challenge ahead but Suzanne's passion was infectious, which made us all more determined to help her achieve her vision.
A vision that would include a kitchen capable of catering for events, parties, weddings as well as a suitable space to host Suzanne James ever popular supper club. This in itself would provide an unusual setting for the diners.

A complete overhaul of the existing cooking setup was needed with the addition of complete kitchen ventilation system, prep areas and a suitable dishwashing area.

Cooking ranges, Bratt Pan, chargrill, fryers and convection ovens allowed for varied and flexible cooking options. Bespoke fabrication made up individual prep stations, sinks and shelving positioned around the kitchen.

All of this was to be worked around a bespoke Mezzanine floor which would provide much needed office space and storage, giving a complete view of the kitchen operation from above.

Our design team worked tirelessly with both the client and the building contractor to agree the best layout to tick all boxes. The space needed to be flexible and almost everything mobile so that the space could be changed within minutes to suit the days operation.
